22 May 2017 г

"GlobalTourOperator" company and our partners from Crimea called "Southern Tour" have organized a holiday for the group of Englishmen from “Tom Close Smith's Group” from May 16 to May 20.

After acquaintance with the famous peninsula, the guests flew to St. Petersburg, where they met the guide at the airport and according to the Russian custom, dear guests were invited to try Russian loaf with salt. After having a rest at the Angleterre Hotel (impressed the guests from England with the sympathetic staff and high level of services) the group went on an excursion to the Peter and Paul Fortress. Supper was held in the restaurant of our partners "Koryushka" (“Smelt-fish”), such a nice place to find a beautiful view of the Neva River.

On the second day, a trip to the Peterhof took place. The guests got acquainted with the fountain ensemble and the Great Palace, and returned back by sea on the Meteor. The evening program included a visit to the Mariinsky Theater to watch the play "La Bayadere".

Two excursions have been organized for our dear guests at May 18. There were the excursions to the Hermitage and St. Isaac’s Cathedral with the ascent to the colonnade.

The Catherine Palace in Tsarskoye Selo also was not ignored; the guests visited it on the fourth day of their stay in St. Petersburg. After lunch in the restaurant “Podvorye”, which is located between Pushkin and Pavlovsk, the group went for a walk to Pavlovsk Park. Dinner was held in the bar "ButterBrodSky".

On the day of departure, guests have enjoyed a tour of the rivers and canals, after which they went home to London.

St. Petersburg has left only pleasant impressions on them, the "GlobalTourOperator" team is glad that we have gifted all of these positive emotions to the group of English guests.
